ZoomIt is a freeware that functions as Zoom and Annotation tool. You can zoom your desktop screen by either using the wheel of your mouse or through the up and down arrow keys. ZoomIt runs discreetly on the tray and activates as soon as you need it through the hotkey subscribed to it. Right after installation it produces a window wherein you can customize hotkeys to zoom in on an area of the screen, move around while zoomed, and draw on the zoomed image- for entering drawing mode without zooming, and customize the drawing pen color and size. When it comes to the drawing option, it also allows you to use a pen input for ZoomIt drawing on tablet PCs.

Additional features includes in ZoomIt : an option to draw without zoom that helps you annotate the screen at its original resolution; and it also includes a break timer feature that remains active even when you tab away from the timer window and allows you to return to the timer window by clicking on the ZoomIt tray icon.
