Why does my PC hang with Zonealarm Internet Security?
Hi friends please help me, My problem is that I have the computer working under the Windows XP. When I’m going to start my computer, the Zonealarm Internet Security asks me to allow the Isass.exe while my pc starting when I say allow then I’m getting another alert window on top, this window says HIGH and nothing else and nothing else works! While I got like this I cannot access any program and I’m unable to access my computer. Please tell me the reason if any one knows.
Initially I’m upgraded Zone Alarm Internet Security on Windows XP Pro SP3. At that time everything works fine, recently I upgraded my pc with Windows Vista and since the problems started. After installing Zone Alarm Internet Security on windows vista I was ping dns server on Internet but I’m unable to browse with IE7 or FireFox and Also unable to ping my LAN but still able to map drive to my NASTry to unload Zone Alarm but the problem still the same. Then I’m disable the all security an Internet/Trusted Zone but nothing changes
Hi friends I’m familiar user on Windows XP Pro PC, even I got a problem is that I can’t access the internet. What I did is automatic update for malicious software removal. Past reboot I’m not able to access the internet but home network still working and I able to use remote access fine with my another computer and access network drives. I have did clean, uninstall and reinstall even it does give me same problem. The ping works properly, so I able to ping my router, ISP’s DNS, and other sites like http://www.gmail.com. It gives the normal access permission to me like accessing internet properly if I stop the working of Zone Alarm Internet Security.
What does happen to my system? Any solutions please tell me. I like this internet security to use for avoid the hackers, viruses, spy ware, online frauds, identity theft and malicious attacks
