Flash Saving Plug In 1.2 is a freeware tool published by UnH Solutions, Inc is an add on to the basic Internet Explorer and any IE based browsers. Flash Saving tool works with MSN Explorer, Document Explorer, Help Files (CHM-files), Avant Browser, SlimBrowser, MyIE along with Internet Explorer. It enables the user to save flash or SWF ( Small Web Format) objects that are embedded in web pages. If the user is working with Internet Explorer, on installation of Flash Saving Plug In Tool, a button is embedded on Internet Explorer’s tool bar for immediate and easy access. If the user is working on other browsers (IE based), there is a need to use the context menu in for saving the Flash/SWF content from the page. Other features include SWF cache viewer which enables the user to preview the files after saving them. SWF cache viewer also displays the specifications ( like the file size, URL and date of last modification) of flash files that are saved. All in all, a convenient and useful program for downloading Flash content. However, one of the major drawbacks of the program is the fact that it cannot be used to download videos from youtube or google video.
