A Common Entrance Test, EDCET 2010 truncated for Education Common Entrance Test of Andhra Pradesh. This year the test was conducted by the Osmania University on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) for entry into the first year of the professional courses offered for the academic year 2010-2011 in various government and private colleges of Andhra Pradesh. Such professional courses include B.Ed, M.Ed and many other courses. On 3-July-2010 the EDCET 2010 Results will be declared by the Osmania University (OU) at 10a.m.

Osmania University is one of the best Universities in India, offering many degree and diploma courses like B.Com, B.Ed, M.Ed and many others. A large number of students from across the state of Andhra Pradesh appear for EDCET every year and the competition is quite tough.
The eligibility criteria for the same is that the candidate should have secured atleast 50% marks in either of the Bachelors Degree that is B.A., B.Sc, B.Com (Home Science), BCA, BBM and/or in Masters Degree or any other qualification equivalent thereto.
The initial key to the EDCET test conducted on 13th June was released on Saturday. It is available on the website http://www.edcet2010.com/Edcet2010Key.htm. And the final key and the results would only be announced once all the objections from the parents, candidates and teachers are cleared off.
