DVD Shrink 3.2
DVD Shrink 3.2 Review
DVD Shrink 3.2 is a software application that enables the back up of DVD disks. In order to make the copy of any DVD video disk DVD Shrink can be used in coherence with any DVD burning software as DVD Shrink is unable to burn DVDs. DVD Shrink is saved as files on the hard drive of the computer; it can then burn to the DVD-R using separate DVD burning software with DVD-R drive.
DVD titles are in most DVD software are designed to prevent from making copies. Among the preventive measures first comes encryption. The DVD titles are encrypted which prevents from either copying them to hard drive but DVD Shrink overcomes the problem with built-in decryption algorithms. In some cases DVD video titles do not fit in the modification as they are too large to fit in a single recordable DVD-R disk. DVD Shrink shrinks the data from the original DVD in order to overcome this problem. DVD Shrink enables shrinking in two possible ways; re-authoring and re-encoding. User can use either one or another or both combined. Combination of both enables maximum shrinkage. DVD Shrink is available free for use.
