The  Blocklist Manager 2.7.7 has built in IP tools including IP Range calculator, Netmask list etc. It can import from custom sources as well. The  Blocklist Manager 2.7.7 has built-in Exclusions/Inclusions manager as well. The Inclusions/Exclusions manager helps you identify custom IPs and log a list of excluded or included IPs.  The Blocklist Manager 2.7.7 also includes the Whois Project which helps the user to look up IP addresses.
