Anvir Task Manager 5.0 is a system monitoring tool that can be used to monitor processes, services and start up programs. You can use Anvir Task Manager to get rid of viruses and Spyware that your antivirus might have given a slip . You can use it to enhance and fine tune your Windows XP or Vista and speeds up your PC and the booting process. Because of the diverse tasks it performs, it may look complicated to begin with for instance, right from information about the processes  that are currently active  it also comes with an integrated database that describes more than 70,000 Start up programs, Internet Explorer toolbars and Services Icon tray that indicate : CPU, Disk, Network, Memory and laptop battery. It even displays programs that are scheduled to run upon Windows start, percentage of CPU and RAM in use. Anvir Task Manageralso includes a shortcut to Windows built in system maintenance tools. It is very user friendly too because when you just run your mouse on its icons, a bunch of context based menu items pop up. You can speed up your computer by disabling or deleting start up programs from the menu or alternatively include them in ‘Delayed Start up’ which  lets you set up any startup program to run few minutes later after Windows startup. Anvir Task Manager displays the free space in a disk drive as a colored horizontal bar in Windows ‘My Computer’.
